Processing

Please allow 1–3 business days for an order to be prepared before it ships. During launches and public holidays, preparation may take a little longer.

Delivery options

Standard delivery is estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is estimated at 2–3 business days. The checkout shows the available option and exact fee for your address.

Tracking

When an order leaves us, tracking details are sent to the email used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also revisit order status from their account.
